Devon fell in love with yoga during her first pregnancy. Prenatal yoga became a way for Devon to tune into her changing body and discover a new bond between herself and her growing baby. Since delivering her daughter, she has continued to use different styles of yoga as a means to stay connected with her body and soul. Devon completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with Hawaii Yoga Institute in 2015 and her entire life changed. Today, Devon’s yoga practice is one of continued self discovery, it is a tool to allow her to stay in touch with herself, stay grounded, connect with nature, and to not take life so seriously. Devon’s goal in teaching yoga is to help others achieve this same sense of self-awareness and happiness. She aims to make her classes fun and lighthearted while also peaceful and grounding.
