Meet Suzanne Sasaki! Suzanne teaches Power Yoga every Thursday 10:45-Noon in English and Japanese.
Suzanne's yoga journey began 10 years ago as a means to get back in shape postpartum. She believes that regular yoga practice throughout her pregnancy kept her healthy and strong - both in body and mind- allowing for quick physical recovery and keeping the all-too-common baby/mommy blues at bay. Suzanne is focused on helping students adapt yoga safely and effectively to whatever element is important in their lives, whether that be to get fit, stay fit, get limber, be injury free, elevate their endorphins, find calm, be inspired, or any and all of the above!
