Fall, Tis the Season of Change
First and foremost we would like to thank you for your love and support of our studio. Since we opened in January our yoga ohana has steadily grown, allowing us to bring in more teachers, classes, and workshops coming soon!
As we prepare to transition from our sunny summer days to more condensed winter daylight hours we are making changes to our class schedule and offerings.
Morning Stretch: As of November 1st we will no longer be offering our M/W 7am Morning Stretch classes. Morning Stretch will only be on Saturdays 7:30-8:30am with Nanz.
Slow Flow: If you enjoy a full range yoga class but not a million vinyasas and chaturangas check out our Slow Flow classes. These classes are designed to move you through traditional postures at a slower pace without numerous vinyasas in between. Slow Flow level 1 (all levels, beginner friendly) is on Sundays at 9am with Stephanie. Slow Flow Level 2 (strong beginner to advanced) is on Tuesdays at 9am with Ana.
Fascianator Workshop: We are excited to bring Anthony Christo, creator of the Fascianator Method to OSH. In this workshop you will work with foam rollers to release tight myofascial tissue. You can read more about his method at thefascianator.com. Be on the lookout for workshop details coming soon!
