Prenatal and Mama & Baby Yoga
Every Sunday 9:00-10:15am we offer Prenatal Yoga. You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will prepare your body for labor. It is also a good opportunity to meet other expecting mothers.
After delivery you will want to check out our Mama & Baby Yoga Class which meets every Monday 10:45-Noon. It is a great, accessible way to return to your practice while bonding with your baby.
