Description

Labor & Birth Yoga workshop offers mama + partner a time to learn about natural childbirth, yoga movements, breathing techniques, visualizations, and essential oils to promote feelings of calm, comfort, and confidence for their special birthing day. If your partner cannot attend you can still come and learn with other pregnant mamas! Healthy snacks and water will be provided.
